Hello, so you have decided to add the oneof my ships to your Trade Wars
2002 online game.

To do this you will need to have a file called SHIPEDIT.exe which should be in
this zipped package.

The following files you should have:

1. SHIPEDIT.exe (if you don't have, you can't do anything)
2. (ship name).ans (this is the picture of the ship and the description)
3. ENGINE.ans (should be placed in your G-FILES directory)
4. (ship name).txt (data on the ship which should be entered into the editor)
5. HELP.txt (this file)
6. ENGINE.txt (should be placed in your G-FILES directory)

Ex. (This is only an example, you would use the proper file names)

To start place the SHIPEDIT.exe file into your Trade Wars 2002 directory.
Than print or write all the imformation in the (ship name).txt file that
concerns the (ship name). After you do this, run the editor and select the ship
you wish to replace. I would suggest that you change the (ship name) to the
(ship name). Enter all the data into the ship editor. Then exit, it will
tell you that you have to edit the MENUFILE.txt file. Go into a text editor
and put the description of the ship that is beside the (ship name)
picture in the (ship name).ans file and replace the current description of
the ship that you just replaced.

Next replace the ansi drawing that describes the ship you wish to replace and
copy the (ship name).ans as that file.

Ex:

copy BATTLE.ans SHIP4.ans

This will put my ansi drawing instead of the the old one in it's place.

Please put the ENGINE.ans file into your G-File directory and make it possible
for people to view. This is only a ad for me, so that people will see who
created the new ship.

Please put ENGINE.txt in your G-FILES directory and make it possible for
people to view.
